Job Description

QnQ Pharmacy is looking for a Call Centre Executive to handle customer calls, assist with pharmacy orders, and provide excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Assist customers with medicine orders and enquiries.
- Provide information about medicine availability, orders, and delivery.
- Coordinate with pharmacy and delivery teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve queries professionally.

Requirements

- Any UG/PG degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive telephone etiquette and listening skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
