JOB OPENING: OUTBOUND CALLING EXECUTIVE (VOICE PROCESS)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, transparent-spoken, and confident Outbound Callers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients/customers, explaining key product/service details, and maintaining positive customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers using provided lead lists.
- Introduce product/service offerings clearly and effectively to generate customer interest.
- Answer basic customer questions, handle routine objections, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of call status, customer details, and feedback in standard logs or CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets while maintaining high communication standards.

Requirements & Skills





- Educational Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC / High School) minimum.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent Hindi (Mandatory - must be articulate and clear)
- Basic English (Ability to read system details, type simple notes, and understand routine templates)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
- Key Traits: Good listening skills, positive attitude, confidence on the phone, and willingness to learn.

Work Timing & Schedule

- Shift Type: Day General Shift (Fixed Daytime Hours)
- Working Days: 6 Days / Week
- Off Day: 1 Rotational Week Off

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
