Required Skills Strong knowledge of pizza preparation and baking.
Good understanding of dough fermentation and handling.
Ability to work with high-temperature pizza ovens. Good knife and food-preparation skills.
Robust understanding of food hygiene and safety. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. Good speed, consistency and attention to detail.
Ability to follow recipes, SOPs and portion-control standards. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in: Pizza restaurants Italian restaurants Artisan / sourdough pizza kitchens QSRs with high-volume pizza production
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
