Are you someone who constantly spots interesting campaigns, comes up with unconventional content ideas, understands creator culture, and actually gets things done?
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who believes great ideas deserve great execution.
At POD Nutrition, we’re looking for a creative, resourceful, and execution-oriented individual to join our growing team and help us build exciting marketing campaigns, creator partnerships, and fitness community collaborations.
What will you work on?
Influencer Marketing: Identify creators, manage collaborations, coordinate content, and ensure timely execution.
Creative Content: Develop unconventional ideas for Instagram Reels, posts, and Stories that people actually want to watch and share.
Brand Partnerships: Build collaborations with running clubs, gyms, sports venues, fitness communities, and complementary brands.
Competitor Research: Study organic content, paid campaigns, and influencer strategies to identify ideas worth executing.
Founder’s Office Mindset: Take ownership, solve problems, coordinate across teams, and contribute beyond a conventional marketing role.
Who should apply?
We're looking for someone who is:
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable experimenting with new ideas.
- Interested in fitness, nutrition, sports, social media, and internet culture.
- Strong at communication, coordination,
and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, small-team environment.
- Focused on execution, not just brainstorming.
Experience: Around 1 year preferred, but not mandatory. Strong college projects, internships, creator collaborations, or independently executed marketing initiatives are welcome. We value practical ability over credentials alone.

- Location: Mahim, Mumbai | Work from Office
- Compensation: ₹3 LPA
- Preference: Candidates within approximately 10 km of Mahim; others can apply too.
