- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining server environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Robust knowledge of system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple system components.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures within server infrastructures.
- Understanding of network protocols and their impact on server operations.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
