Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to manage painting, texture application, and surface finishing sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, labour management, material planning, quality control, measurement certification, daily reporting, and timely completion of assigned work as per company standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Site Execution: Supervise painting, texture application, and surface finishing activities at various project sites.
- Site Measurements: Take accurate site measurements and coordinate with clients to get the measurements verified and certified.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily progress reports for every site, including work completed, labour attendance, material consumption, and pending activities.
- Labour Management: Manage, allocate, and monitor labour at sites to ensure productivity and timely completion of work.
- Material Management: Estimate material requirements, understand material coverage, and raise timely material requests for site activities.
- Scaffolding Management: Arrange and supervise scaffolding at sites, ensuring proper setup and safe usage.
- Documentation: Maintain records and photocopies of all signed delivery challans and send original signed copies to Head Office for filing.
- Labour Accommodation: Coordinate and arrange suitable accommodation for labour wherever required.
- Material Storage & Handling: Ensure proper storage, handling, usage, and protection of paints, textures, tools, and other materials at site.
- Quality Control:



Ensure quality finishing and application standards as per UCT ARTE's specifications and client expectations.
- Snag Management: Identify and resolve snags within agreed timelines and ensure satisfactory closure.
- Material & Tool Reconciliation: Track, compile, and reconcile unused and balance materials and tools at each site.
- Coordination & Approvals: Coordinate with clients, contractors, internal teams, and Head Office. Seek necessary approvals and guidance whenever required.
- Site Planning: Monitor work progress, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensure project timelines are met.
- Continuous Learning: Develop knowledge of different materials, painting systems, and texture application techniques.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong supervisory, labour management, and site coordination skills.
- Knowledge of painting, texture application, and surface finishing.
- Understanding of material coverage, consumption, and estimation.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic proficiency in written and spoken English for qualified communication.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and solve site-related problems.
- Willingness to learn new materials, products, and application techniques.
- Honest, hardworking, proactive, and committed to company objectives.
- Strong teamwork, accountability, and time management.

Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in site supervision, painting, decorative coatings, texture application, or finishing works.
- Ability to manage labour, materials, documentation, and multiple site activities independently.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, productivity, and timely project completion.
- Willingness to coordinate with clients and internal teams professionally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
