Job Overview

We are looking for an HMS/EMR Implementation Executive to support the deployment and adoption of hospital management software at client locations. The role involves configuring software modules, training hospital staff, troubleshooting implementation issues, and ensuring smooth system adoption.

The ideal candidate should have a background in IT or healthcare technology, an understanding of hospital workflows, and robust client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Hospital Management System (HMS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software at client sites.
- Understand hospital workflows, including patient registration, appointments, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and medical records.
- Configure software modules according to client requirements.
- Train doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other hospital users.
- Troubleshoot software configuration, access, and implementation issues.
- Coordinate with technical and development teams to resolve complex problems.
- Assist with basic database queries and data validation using SQL.
- Maintain implementation documentation, deployment records, and training reports.
- Conduct post-implementation follow-ups to ensure effective software adoption.
- Travel to client locations when required for deployment and training.





Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent healthcare-IT experience may be considered.
- 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or healthcare IT.
- Basic understanding of HMS/EMR applications and hospital workflows.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience in client training, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to hospitals or healthcare facilities when required.
