Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to manage field-level recruitment for retail and frontline positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through field visits, local networks, references, and job portals.
- Conduct walk-in interviews and initial candidate screening.
- Hire candidates for retail, promoter, delivery, and other frontline roles.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Build relationships with local colleges,



communities, and employment agencies.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment or frontline hiring.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Knowledge of local areas and candidate sourcing methods.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
