Sirius Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Export Executive to support and manage day-to-day export operations, documentation, coordination with international clients, Marketing, Promotion Sales and Shipment processes. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of export procedures, documentation, and international logistics, along with robust coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day export activities and documentation from order confirmation to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

· Promote pharmaceutical products and explore new business opportunities in international markets.

· Identify potential customers, importers, and distributors, and handle enquiries regarding product requirements.

· Coordinate with vendors to source products, compare pricing, and prepare quotations and commercial offers for customers.

· Follow up on quotations and orders, coordinating with customers and vendors to ensure smooth order processing.

· Coordinate with international customers, freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners for timely shipment and dispatch.

· Coordinate with internal teams, including Production, Quality, Accounts, and Logistics, for smooth order execution.

· Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and management.

· Assist with LC, advance payments, banking documentation, export-related payment follow-ups, and realization of export payments.

· Maintain records of export orders, enquiries, quotations, invoices,



shipments, and pending payments.

· Ensure compliance with applicable export regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.

· Resolve documentation, shipment, and coordination-related issues efficiently and prepare regular reports on export activities and business progress.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Good knowledge of export documentation and international logistics processes.
- Familiarity with shipping procedures, customs documentation, and freight forwarding.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments/orders and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical exports and regulatory documentation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
