Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Control Tower Executive to manage and coordinate inspection engineers and monitor day-to-day inspection operations. The candidate will be responsible for allocating inspections, tracking engineer productivity, monitoring inspection status, maintaining reports, and ensuring timely completion of inspections.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and allocate inspection tasks to inspection engineers based on daily requirements.
- Monitor the daily activities, productivity, and performance of inspection engineers.
- Track inspection assignments, pending cases, completed inspections, and delays.
- Follow up with inspection engineers to ensure timely completion and submission of inspection reports.
- Maintain daily trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure inspection data and reports are accurate and updated in the system.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs)



and share regular performance updates with management.
- Handle escalations related to inspection delays, engineer availability, and pending assignments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between inspection engineers and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in operations coordination, team coordination, or field operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data reporting.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple inspection assignments and meet deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of inspections completed per day.
- Inspection turnaround time (TAT).
- Inspection engineer productivity and utilization.
- Pending inspections and delay resolution.
- Accuracy and timely submission of inspection reports.
- Adherence to inspection schedules and operational processes.
