Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, Recruitment ,HR policies, and employee relations .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage HR operations, employee lifecycle, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Plan and conduct employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee grievances, performance concerns, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate with management on HR initiatives and workforce requirements.




- Maintain employee records, HR reports, and documentation.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
- Experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage HR activities for the Jaipur DC.
- Experience in an IT services or technology company preferred.
