Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing to handle prospective client communication from the office and convert qualified leads into clients.

The role involves contacting potential clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining suitable digital marketing services, conducting professional follow-ups, discussing pricing and proposals, handling objections, and managing sales conversations through to closure.

The candidate should have a good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development, and be able to explain how these services can support different business goals.

Experience

Freshers can apply.

Candidates applying under the experienced category must have at least 6 months of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience.

Relevant skilled sales experience must include selling at least one of the following services:

- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Social Media Management
- Website Design & Development

Internship experience will not be counted toward the minimum 6 months of professional experience.

Who Can ApplyFreshers

- A good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development.
- An understanding of how these services support different business requirements and marketing goals.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing sales, service presentation, and client communication.

- The ability to understand client requirements and explain relevant digital marketing services clearly.
- A willingness to learn sales processes, handle follow-ups, and work toward defined sales targets.

Experienced Candidates

Candidates with 6 months or more of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience can apply if they have:

- Professional sales experience in at least one of the five digital marketing service areas listed above.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of all five digital marketing services.
- An understanding of how digital marketing services are positioned and sold to businesses across different industries.
- Confidence in independently handling sales calls, client conversations, and follow-ups.
- The ability to work toward and achieve defined sales targets.
- A clear understanding of pricing discussions, proposals, objection handling, negotiation, and sales closing.
- The ability to demonstrate previous sales performance using measurable results, such as targets achieved, conversions, or revenue contribution.
