Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Legal Staffing Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably specializing in legal and law firm staffing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing legal professionals for law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal service providers across the United States.

The candidate should have a robust understanding of the US legal job market, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while meeting client requirements and placement targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for legal staffing requirements across the US market.
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified legal professionals, including Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Legal Intake Specialists, and other legal support professionals.
- Recruit candidates across practice areas such as Personal Injury, Litigation, Workers’ Compensation, Corporate Law, Family Law, Immigration, and other legal specialties.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job portals, Boolean search techniques, resume databases, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidates' skills, experience, practice-area expertise, location preferences, and compensation expectations.
- Understand job descriptions, client requirements, must-have qualifications, bar admission requirements, and relevant state-specific legal experience.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, collect feedback, negotiate compensation, and manage offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with account managers,



clients, and internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and successful placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and pipeline updates in the ATS or CRM.
- Consistently achieve recruitment KPIs related to sourcing, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US staffing and recruitment.
- Prior experience recruiting for legal positions or law firms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the US legal staffing market and common legal job titles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and resume databases.
- Ability to evaluate candidates based on legal practice-area experience, state bar admission, litigation exposure, and relevant qualifications.
- Excellent candidate engagement, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open requirements and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working US business hours and supporting US-based clients.
- Robust organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate recruitment records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience recruiting for plaintiff-side personal injury law firms, defense litigation firms, or other specialized legal practices.
- Experience filling positions such as Litigation Attorneys, Trial Attorneys, Intake Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and Workers’ Compensation professionals.
- Familiarity with direct-hire and full-time recruitment models.
- A proven track record of successful placements in the US legal staffing market.

Performance Expectations

- Deliver qualified candidate submissions within agreed timelines.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of relevant and available candidates.
- Ensure strong candidate-to-job alignment and quality submissions.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets and placement goals.
- Provide timely updates on candidate status, interview progress, and client feedback.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
