Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Computer System Validation (CSV) Engineer with strong expertise in GxP compliance, risk-based validation, and validation of ServiceNow ITSM workflows, particularly Change Management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in computer system validation, validation documentation, change control, and regulatory compliance within Life Sciences, Pharma, or other GxP-regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute computer system validation activities in accordance with GxP requirements and established CSV/SDLC practices.
- Support the validation and qualification of ServiceNow ITSM workflows, particularly Change Management and Incident Management.
- Prepare, review, and maintain validation documentation, including QP, RS, CS/DS, IQ, OQ, TM, and QSR.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk-based validation and qualification strategies.
- Manage GxP change control activities and maintain appropriate validation evidence.
- Ensure requirements traceability, documentation accuracy, and audit trail completeness.
- Support deviation management, compliance assessments, and inspection readiness.
- Collaborate with IT, Quality Assurance, validation, and business teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.




- Maintain controlled validation documentation and ensure adherence to established quality processes.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Experience working in GxP-regulated environments, preferably Life Sciences or Pharma.
- Strong knowledge of GxP compliance, CSV/SDLC processes, and regulatory documentation.
- Experience with risk-based validation, risk assessments, and qualification strategies.
- Knowledge of validation documentation, including QP, RS, CS/DS, IQ, OQ, TM, and QSR.
- Experience with GxP change control and validation evidence management.
- Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, with Change Management workflow validation preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience validating ServiceNow Change Management, Incident Management, and ITSM workflows.
- Knowledge of Category 1 ITSM/infrastructure qualification.
- Hands-on experience with Kneat for controlled validation documentation.
- Experience with Veeva for quality change control.
- Familiarity with requirements traceability, audit trails, deviation management, and inspection readiness.

Candidate Requirements

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
