Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Programmer / Web Designer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications. The candidate should have programming knowledge, design skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to deliver responsive, user-friendly, and secure websites.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain professional, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
- Write clean and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Create attractive website layouts and improve UI/UX for a better user experience.
- Develop new website features and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Update website content, images, banners, forms, and other elements as required.
- Manage databases, APIs, and back-end functionality where necessary.
- Optimize website speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and basic SEO.
- Test websites across different browsers and devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain website security, backups, hosting, domains, and SSL configurations.
- Manage CMS platforms such as WordPress and customize themes or plugins when required.




- Integrate third-party tools, payment gateways, and other services as needed.
- Coordinate with management and team members to understand requirements and complete projects on time.
- Keep up to date with current web technologies, tools, and design trends.
- Perform other IT and website-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Degree, diploma, or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of back-end programming and databases.
- Understanding of UI/UX design, website security, and SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with website hosting, domains, and version control tools is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
