- Handle end-to-end merchandising for Indian ethnic wear products.
- Conduct market research and identify current fashion trends, colours, fabrics, prints and designs.
- Develop new products and collections based on market demand and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Fashion Designers, Sampling, Production, Purchase and Vendors.
- Prepare and maintain product specifications, costing, samples and production follow-ups.
- Ensure products are developed according to required quality, design, costing and delivery timelines.
- Monitor competitor products and market trends to identify recent opportunities.
- Manage sample development and provide feedback for required modifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for fabric, trims and other materials.
- Ensure timely completion of orders and maintain proper merchandising records.
- Support the team in developing commercially viable and trend-oriented ethnic wear collections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
