1. Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Testing & Quality Executive to perform testing and quality checks on electrical control panels, HV/MV systems, and wiring plates. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while supporting smooth production and project delivery.
2. Key Responsibilities

Perform High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) testing on electrical control panels.

Inspect and ensure the quality of control panel wiring and wiring plates.

Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues during testing.

Prepare, document, and maintain test reports and quality records.

Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and electrical safety procedures.

Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues.





Support quality inspections and ensure products meet specified requirements.

3. Skills Required

Strong knowledge of electrical control panel wiring and wiring plates.

Practical experience with HV/MV testing equipment and tools.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.

Knowledge of electrical safety standards and testing procedures.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

4. Candidate Profile

Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical testing and quality inspection.

Experience in HV/MV testing, electrical control panels, and wiring plates.

Candidates with experience in sheet metal manufacturing or electrical panel manufacturing will be preferred.

5. Salary & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience, skills, and current CTC.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
