## Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Head – Corporate Business Development to lead regional business expansion, corporate client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in FMCG, banking, retail, finance, supermarkets, or other corporate sectors. The candidate should have a strong professional network, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of developing business relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

* Identify and acquire new corporate clients, business partners, and strategic accounts.

* Establish and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, banking institutions, financial companies, FMCG businesses, retail chains, and supermarket groups.

* Explore business opportunities with organized retail chains, including companies such as Ratnadeep, and other large corporate organizations.

* Build strong relationships with senior executives, business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

* Generate business leads through corporate networking, referrals, industry connections, and strategic partnerships.

* Negotiate business proposals, develop commercial relationships, and drive long-term client engagement.

* Identify new markets, assess business opportunities, and support regional expansion initiatives.

* Monitor business performance, prepare periodic reports,



and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective client onboarding, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

* Represent Legal Capital Law Firm in corporate meetings, networking events, and business development activities.

## Required Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or client relationship management.

* Experience in one or more of the following industries:

* FMCG and consumer goods

* Banking and financial services

* Retail, supermarkets, and modern trade

* Finance and financial organizations

* Corporate sales and B2B business development

* Proven track record of corporate client acquisition, revenue generation, and business expansion.

* Strong understanding of corporate relationship management, sales strategy, and business negotiations.

* Experience dealing with senior-level management and corporate decision-makers.

* Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently, manage regional business activities, and achieve business targets.

## Preferred Skills

* Established corporate network and strong industry connections.

* Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.

* Strong leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and business reporting tools.

* Experience in legal services or professional services will be an added advantage.
