We are seeking an experienced Outbound Travel Consultant to manage and convert international travel leads. You will guide customers from the initial inquiry to the final booking, ensuring a seamless and delightful travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert outbound (international) travel inquiries received via calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable international destinations, itineraries, and experiences.
- Prepare competitive and attractive quotations for outbound holiday packages.
- Coordinate and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, activities, and transport.
- Provide accurate information on visa requirements, travel insurance, and foreign exchange.
- Maintain updated knowledge of global travel trends, airline routes, and seasonal deals.
- Negotiate with overseas suppliers and DMCs for the best rates and services.
- Upsell additional travel services to increase revenue per booking.
- Ensure timely documentation, ticketing, and pre-departure communication with clients.
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
