Rathi Buildmart is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and target-driven candidates to join our Bath Division. We are seeking individuals who can understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bathroom products and solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Attend customers and understand their bathroom and sanitaryware requirements.
- Explain and promote products such as sanitaryware, bath fittings, designer wash basins, faucets, showers, concealed fittings, bath accessories, Jacuzzi solutions, steam and wellness products, and heating solutions.
- Suggest suitable products based on customer preferences, budget, design, and functionality.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, and installation requirements.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with builders, architects, interior designers, plumbers, contractors, and homeowners.
- Conduct site visits when required to understand project requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and follow up on orders and pending payments.
- Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the bath showroom is clean, organized, and presentable.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Solid customer-handling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
- Good sales, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of sanitaryware, bath fittings, and bathroom solutions will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in sanitaryware, bath fittings, plumbing products, or building materials will be an added advantage.
