Role: Program Manager – DPDP Implementation

Location: Mumbai -WFO – 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end DPDP implementation program across relevant business functions.
- Develop and manage the program roadmap covering:
- Data discovery and mapping
- Consent management
- Privacy notices
- Data principal rights workflows
- Data retention and erasure
- Data breach response
- Drive data processing agreements and compliance alignment with vendors, DSAs, and co-lending partners.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, IT, InfoSec, Business, and Operations teams.
- Manage external implementation partners and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure alignment with applicable RBI guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Manage program governance through steering committee updates, risk and issue tracking, readiness assessments, and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure implementation milestones are completed within defined regulatory timelines.

Required Skills and Experience





- Robust experience in program or project management within BFSI, banking, NBFC, lending, or fintech.
- Hands-on experience in DPDP, data privacy, data protection, or privacy compliance programs.
- Good understanding of consent management, data mapping, privacy notices, data principal rights, retention, erasure, and breach management.
- Experience managing vendor compliance, data processing agreements, DSAs, or co-lending partners.
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across Legal, Compliance, IT, InfoSec, Business, and Operations teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing large-scale regulatory or transformation programs.

Pay: ₹2,026,000.00 - ₹2,130,000.00 per year
