Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and interested leads.
- Explain DIZILOGY courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with inquiries received through social media, advertisements, and other sources.
- Convince and guide prospective students regarding course admissions.
- Schedule counseling sessions and demo classes.
- Maintain daily calling records and update lead information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Communicate professionally with students and parents.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and preferably English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain calling records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; telecalling, sales,



or counseling experience will be an advantage.
