About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding students’ academic and career goals, guiding them on suitable study-abroad options, and supporting them throughout the counselling and application process.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and understand their academic background, career goals, and study-abroad interests.

Provide accurate guidance on courses, universities, countries, eligibility, and admission requirements.

Assist students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their profile.

Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified enquiries into applications.

Explain the complete admission process, documentation requirements, and application timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.





Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the counselling journey.

Stay updated on university admissions, intakes, courses, scholarships, and study-abroad opportunities.

Achieve counselling and admission targets while maintaining a high standard of student service.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in academic counselling, education consulting, sales, or a related field.

Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.

Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable options.

Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
