Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to manage pricing strategies, develop competitive rate structures, negotiate commercial terms with vendors and courier partners, and improve profitability across domestic and international courier operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement pricing strategies for domestic and international courier, express and logistics services.
- Prepare and evaluate rate cards, quotations, freight tariffs and customer-specific pricing proposals.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms with courier partners, airlines, transporters and other service providers.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, shipment volumes and operational costs to maintain competitiveness.
- Monitor profit margins, shipment-wise profitability and overall pricing performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and Business Development teams to provide competitive quotations.
- Review existing customer contracts and partner agreements to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage pricing for import, export, domestic express, international courier and e-commerce shipments.
- Ensure accurate implementation of approved rates, fuel surcharges, remote-area charges and other applicable surcharges.




- Develop pricing reports, profitability dashboards and periodic business performance analyses.
- Establish pricing approval processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, optimize costs and enhance business profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in pricing within the courier, express, freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international courier pricing structures.
- Experience in vendor negotiations, cost analysis, margin management and commercial rate agreements.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in pricing analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple pricing requests and deliver quotations within defined timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in courier companies, international express networks, e-commerce logistics or freight forwarding will be preferred, particularly those with a robust understanding of pricing models, partner rate negotiations and profitability management.
