Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller with 1–5 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, following up with prospective customers, and generating leads for the company's real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing, and offers to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information, lead status,



and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into potential business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely information.
- Prepare daily calling reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Confident in handling customer objections and inquiries.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
