Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Trainer with strong hands-on knowledge of cloud data warehousing, SQL, data engineering and data integration. The trainer should be able to deliver practical, industry-oriented training with real-time projects and hands-on implementation.

Technical Skills

- Snowflake Fundamentals: Architecture, Virtual Warehouses, Databases, Schemas, Tables and Stages.
- SQL: Complex queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions and analytical functions.
- Data Loading: Internal and External Stages, Snowpipe, file formats and bulk data loading.
- Data Transformation: ETL/ELT, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables and Stored Procedures.
- Data Warehousing: Fact and Dimension Tables, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD).
- Performance Optimization: Query Profile, Query Optimization, Warehouse Sizing and Resource Monitoring.
- Data Sharing: Secure Data Sharing, Data Exchange and collaboration features.
- Security & Governance: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), roles, privileges, masking policies and data protection.
- Python & Snowpark: Python integration, Snowpark DataFrames and data processing.
- Cloud & Integration: AWS/Azure/GCP fundamentals and integration with ETL tools and external data sources.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Snowflake training from fundamentals to advanced concepts.




- Provide hands-on practice in SQL, data loading, transformation and pipeline development.
- Explain cloud data warehousing concepts using real-time industry scenarios.
- Guide learners through practical assignments and end-to-end projects.
- Demonstrate query optimization, troubleshooting, security and data governance.
- Train learners in Snowflake integration with Python, Snowpark and relevant data engineering tools.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback on learners' progress.

Requirements

- Solid hands-on experience in Snowflake and SQL.
- Good understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT and Data Engineering.
- Practical experience in data loading, transformations, query optimization and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Python and Snowpark is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms and data integration tools is an added advantage.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Real-time project and industry experience is preferred.

Employment Type

Part-Time / Freelance – Online / Remote

- Weekdays: 1 hour per day.
- Weekends: 2 hours per day.

Compensation

Revenue Share based on student enrollment. Payment after successful completion of the training program.
