Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organised Vikas Kendra 2 Coordinator to manage the daily operations of the outreach programme, coordinate educational activities, and ensure the overall safety, development, and well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, and monitor outreach and educational activities.

· Manage child enrolment, attendance, records, and assessments.

· Supervise staff attendance, duty allocation, and daily operations.

· Oversee food services, nutrition, hygiene, and children's rest facilities.

· Coordinate with parents, staff, and external organizations.

· Maintain administrative documentation, reports,



inventory, and expenses.

· Ensure child safety, safeguarding, and compliance with organizational policies.

Required Skills:

· Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

· Good administrative, documentation, and record-management abilities.

· Staff supervision and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

· A responsible and child-focused approach.

Note: Candidates with relevant experience in programme coordination, school administration, or child-focused organizations will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
