About the Role

We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Surveillance Executive to monitor store activities and sensitive operational areas through CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suspicious activities, preventing theft and inventory discrepancies, reviewing footage for investigations, and ensuring compliance with company security policies.

The role requires strong observation skills, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to respond promptly to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor live CCTV feeds across stores and sensitive operational areas to ensure security and compliance.
- Identify suspicious customer or employee activities, shoplifting, internal pilferage, unauthorized access, and policy violations.
- Promptly escalate security incidents and suspicious activities to the concerned management team.
- Retrieve, review, and preserve CCTV footage for audits, investigations, customer complaints, and theft-related cases.
- Investigate incidents involving suspected theft, misconduct, stock discrepancies, and other operational irregularities through CCTV footage.
- Validate inward and outward stock movement by reviewing relevant surveillance footage.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, investigation records, and case documentation.
- Identify and report security risks, compliance gaps,



and violations of company policies.
- Ensure DVR/NVR systems are recording properly and that required footage backups are available.
- Prepare daily surveillance reports covering incidents, observations, escalations, and operational concerns.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance footage, investigation findings, and sensitive company information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance, loss prevention, or retail security is preferred.
- Working knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operations, and footage retrieval.
- Strong observation skills and the ability to identify unusual patterns or suspicious behaviour.
- Good attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintaining Excel sheets, logs, and reports.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to escalate incidents clearly and promptly.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in retail stores, warehouses, inventory monitoring, or loss prevention will be preferred.
- Experience in identifying stock pilferage, monitoring employee activity, and investigating security incidents is an advantage.
- Candidates who are alert, disciplined, reliable, and comfortable working in a monitoring environment are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule

- Open Positions: 2
- Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Coverage Requirement: Surveillance coverage from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM through the assigned roster.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
