Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and networking.
- Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers and tenants.
- Provide information about available properties, pricing, locations, and payment plans.
- Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and rental process.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Keep updated records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the legal, documentation, and sales teams to facilitate smooth transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation,



and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and property documentation.
- Customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- A two-wheeler or four-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be preferred for site visits.

Experience

- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property dealing, or customer service is an advantage.
