Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage daily production execution, machine shop operations, productivity, and shop-floor activities, ensuring quality standards and production targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily production plans and achieve machine-wise production targets.
- Monitor machine utilisation, productivity, rejection, rework, and downtime.
- Coordinate with machine operators, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams.
- Ensure production adheres to engineering drawings, process sheets, and quality standards.
- Monitor the availability of raw materials, tools, fixtures, and machines.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and MIS using MS Excel.




- Identify production issues and implement improvements in productivity and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and 5S practices.

Mandatory Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in production engineering or machine shop operations.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and shop-floor management.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, cutting tools, and fixtures.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, production reporting, and MIS.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.
