Job Overview

We are looking for a confident Telecalling Executive to contact candidates, explain job opportunities, schedule interviews, and support recruitment and placement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job openings.
- Explain job descriptions, salary, location, and eligibility.
- Screen candidates based on basic job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate interview timings.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance.




- Maintain candidate databases and calling records.
- Share suitable candidate profiles with recruiters.
- Respond to candidate queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team on hiring requirements.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
