JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced VTL Setter Cum Operator to handle CNC Vertical Turning Lathe setting, operation, tool setting, programming/control, and production activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set and operate VTL machines for precision machining.

- Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset adjustments.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Handle FANUC programming/control.

- Monitor machining operations and dimensional accuracy.

- Perform in-process inspection and maintain quality standards.

- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.





- Identify and troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues.

- Maintain machine and workplace safety.

- Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.

MACHINE EXPOSURE:

- VTL Doosan

- VTL BFW

REQUIREMENTS:

- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.

- 2–4 years of relevant VTL experience.

- Hands-on experience in VTL setting and operation.

- Knowledge of FANUC programming/control.

- Ability to read engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of cutting tools, offsets, and machining parameters.

- Willingness to work at Vellanaipatti, Coimbatore.
