Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the company's accounts and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle purchase and sales invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist with GST-related documentation, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain records of expenses, payments, receipts, and petty cash.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and outstanding balances.




- Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

- B.Com, BBA, or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles.
- Valuable attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates with relevant accounting experience are preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in automobile, car dealership, automobile service, or related service industries will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in Coimbatore are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
