Job Description – Sales Manager (Hotel Sales)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive room revenue and overall business growth through travel trade, corporate clients, group bookings, MICE, weddings, and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business and achieve room revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and event planners.
- Generate and convert leads for group bookings, corporate stays, MICE, weddings, and events.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client network.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and regular follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Maintain client databases, sales reports, and forecasts.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




- 4–5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
- Experience in Travel Trade, Corporate Sales, Group Sales, and MICE.
- Strong client network, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
