Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-presented and target-oriented Telesales Executive with good communication skills and proven experience in sales and telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating interest in our real estate projects, and converting leads into qualified prospects and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain company projects, property details, pricing and offers to potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert prospects into potential customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain solid client relationships.
- Update call records, lead status and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation and monthly sales targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling or real estate sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, professional and well-groomed personality.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
- Target-driven, proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Fluency in Hindi; working knowledge of English is an advantage.

We are seeking a professional candidate who is confident on calls, comfortable with sales targets, capable of handling prospective clients, and committed to achieving business objectives.
