Job Brief : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our facilities services team in India. This role demands a proactive individual with extensive technical expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing facility equipment and systems. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and timely resolution of technical issues across multiple sites. This position requires strong leadership capabilities to mentor junior technicians and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support the company’s infrastructure and service excellence objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems across facility sites.
- Diagnose complex technical faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, equipment installation, and maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all facility systems comply with regulatory and company safety standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to optimize equipment lifespan and energy efficiency.




- Collaborate with facility management and other departments to support infrastructure upgrades and emergency response plans.
- Train staff on proper equipment usage, safety procedures, and emergency protocols to foster a safe working environment.
- Analyze system performance data to recommend improvements and cost-effective solutions for facility operations.

Qualifications :

- Certification in relevant technical disciplines such as HVAC, electrical systems, or safety compliance is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing complex maintenance projects and leading technical teams in a multi-site workplace.
- Strong knowledge of Indian safety regulations, standards, and best practices in facility services.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
