Position: Retail Sales Officer (In-house Sales)

Location: Ratnam Enterprise, Tanishq - Ghod Dod Road & Adajan, Surat

Caratlane - Ghod Dod Road & Adajan, Surat Mia – Adajan, Surat

Qualification: Any Graduate/Under Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities

· Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.

· Understanding need of customer & Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

· Conversion of sale, Up/Cross selling,

· Assisting in maintaining the back stock and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor

· Complete Stock Counting & Tallying

· Focus on Non-Purchaser follow up.

· Provides outstanding customer service.

Required Skills

1. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

2. Knowledge of digital platform i.e. Social media & basic computer knowledge

3. Able to work with team

4. Passion for sales

5. Customer Centric

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
