Ltd. is looking for a confident and energetic HR Executive who can manage college relations and drive student admissions.In this role, you will coordinate with colleges, talk to HODs, give short opening speeches during workshops, and make telephonic calls to students for admissions. If you have strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset, this job is the perfect match for you!

Key Responsibilities

- HOD Coordination: Meet and coordinate with college HODs and management, explain our AI/ML Workshops, and convince them to arrange the workshop.
- Public Speaking: Deliver a powerful and energetic 5-minute opening speech in front of students and faculty at the start of the AI/ML workshop.
- Student Calling: Make outbound calls to students, explain our technical courses, clear their doubts,



and convince them to take admission.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily calling targets and monthly admission goals.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Strong Communication: Excellent and fluent speaking skills in both English and Hindi.
- Public Speaking Confidence: Comfortable standing on stage and speaking in front of a large audience of 100+ students.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to easily convince HODs for workshops and students for course admissions.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years. Freshers with great communication and a confident voice are highly encouraged to apply.
