Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Equity Dealer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the stock market, equity trading, and investment products, along with excellent client-handling and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Execute client-authorized equity trades accurately and efficiently.

Monitor client positions, margins, mark-to-market (MTM) losses, and trading limits.

Communicate market developments, corporate actions, and company-approved research updates to clients.

Assist clients with trading platforms, order types, and account-related queries.

Support brokerage generation, client acquisition, and activation of dormant accounts, where applicable.

Maintain accurate records of client instructions and dealer communications.

Coordinate with risk management, RMS, operations, compliance,



and back-office teams.

Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, exchange rules, KYC, AML, and internal policies.

Identify and escalate unusual trading activity, suspicious transactions, and client complaints.

Achieve assigned revenue, client activation, and service-quality targets while maintaining ethical trading practices.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

0–2 years of experience; prior equity dealing or trading desk experience is an advantage.

Robust knowledge of stock markets, equity instruments, and trading processes.

Familiarity with trading platforms, order management systems, and MS Excel.

Good numerical, analytical, and risk-management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work accurately under pressure and follow regulatory and ethical standards.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
