About the Company

Computer Solution IT Mall deals in laptops, desktops, printers, computer accessories, and other IT and electronic products. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to manage billing, accounting, and day-to-day financial records.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate customer invoices and bills accurately.
- Handle daily sales and purchase entries.
- Maintain cash, bank, and expense records.
- Manage customer payments, outstanding balances, and supplier payments.
- Maintain stock records and coordinate with the inventory department.
- Handle GST invoices and basic GST-related entries.
- Maintain daily sales reports, purchase reports, and accounting records.
- Verify invoices, payment receipts, and other financial documents.
- Operate accounting and billing software such as Tally, Marg,



or other company software.
- Prepare daily cash reports and assist with bank reconciliation.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of bills, vouchers, and invoices.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams for billing and accounts-related matters.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of Tally, Marg, MS Excel, and billing software preferred.
- Understanding of GST invoices and basic taxation is an advantage.
- Positive numerical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: B.Com preferred; candidates with relevant accounting experience may also apply.
- Prior experience in retail, electronics, or IT showroom billing will be an advantage.
