- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned branches.
- Drive sales of slimming, weight-management, inch-loss, and body-contouring packages.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue, average bill value, and package upgrades.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective action to achieve targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase repeat business, renewals, and referrals.
- Manage and motivate branch managers, sales counsellors, and sales executives.
- Set individual and branch-wise sales targets.
- Conduct daily sales review meetings and regular performance assessments.
- Train team members in sales techniques, objection handling, and customer relationship management.
- Monitor employee productivity and support underperforming team members.
- Monitor enquiries received through digital marketing, walk-ins, referrals, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and scheduled appointments.
- Improve consultation-to-sale conversion rates.
- Track lead status, appointment attendance, follow-ups, and lost sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.




- Conduct regular visits to assigned clinics to monitor sales and service standards.
- Review branch-wise revenue, footfall, conversion rates, and target achievement.
- Ensure proper use of CRM systems and timely submission of sales reports.
- Coordinate with operations teams to improve clinic efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Address escalated customer complaints and coordinate their resolution.
- Encourage customer retention, package renewals, and referrals.
- Ensure transparent communication about treatment plans, package pricing, expected outcomes, and limitations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
