Job Description – Front Desk Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a warm, well-presented and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at Glo and Dent Heal. The role involves creating a welcoming customer experience, managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, doctors and therapists.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and ensure a warm, seamless experience from arrival to departure.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
- Explain basic treatments, services and packages to customers.
- Coordinate appointments and daily schedules with doctors and therapists.
- Manage billing, payments, customer records and daily reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding consultations, treatments and repeat visits.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a neat,



organised and welcoming environment.
- Support customer retention through timely communication and personalised service.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, beauty, wellness or healthcare preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, organised and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and billing systems.
- A customer-first attitude with solid attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is approachable, proactive and service-oriented, and understands the importance of creating a positive customer experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
