Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, stock allocation, and material availability.
- Oversee material checking and dispatch.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory and store operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing unit.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Konkani.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
