About the Role

MeduClinic is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Campus Manager to oversee the academic and day-to-day operations of our Vadodara campus. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the B.Voc. Healthcare Assistance and Indo-German Skill Program (IGSP) – Diploma in Healthcare Assistance & Geriatric Care, ensuring smooth academic delivery and an excellent student learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the daily academic and operational activities of the campus.

* Conduct and deliver live classroom teaching sessions for students enrolled in the B.Voc. and IGSP Diploma programs.

* Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and assessments.

* Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and discipline.

* Coordinate with faculty, academic teams, and management for curriculum implementation.

* Maintain student records, reports, and academic documentation.

* Organize practical sessions, workshops, and student engagement activities.





* Ensure a positive learning workplace and address student queries and concerns.

* Support admissions, orientation, and campus-related academic activities when required.

Eligibility

* Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

* Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a healthcare, allied health, or educational institution.

* Excellent communication and classroom presentation skills.

* Good organizational and administrative abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching tools is desirable.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
