Foreman Trainer – Bricklayer / TIG Welder
Location: WD Complex, Court Rd, Krishna Nagar, Hoshiarpur, Punjab 146001

We are hiring an experienced Foreman Trainer – Bricklayer / TIG Welder to supervise site/workshop teams, deliver hands-on training, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards. The ideal candidate should have robust practical experience in bricklaying and TIG welding, along with the ability to guide and train students.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide bricklayers and TIG welders in daily site/workshop activities.
- Train new and existing workers on bricklaying techniques, TIG welding procedures, tools, and quality standards.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion as per drawings and instructions.




- Inspect brickwork and welded joints for accuracy, strength, finish, and compliance with quality requirements.
- Ensure proper use of tools, welding equipment, and materials while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Follow and enforce site safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

- ITI Diploma in Welding, Masonry, Fitter, or a relevant trade.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in bricklaying and TIG welding.
- Ability to read basic drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
