Job Summary

The Manager – RCM Operations is responsible for managing end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations for Home Health and Hospice services. The role focuses on optimizing revenue, ensuring compliance, achieving operational KPIs, and leading high-performing teams while driving continuous process improvement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end RCM operations including authorization management (good to have), claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management, appeals, and collections.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as AR Days, Clean Claim Rate, Denial Rate, Collections, Productivity, Quality, and SLA adherence.
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and RCM Associates through performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive process improvements, quality initiatives, and compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer guidelines.
- Analyze operational performance, prepare MIS reports, and implement action plans to improve revenue realization.




- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

- Must be a graduate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- 6–12 years of US Healthcare RCM experience, including Home Health & Hospice, with 2–5 years in a leadership role.
- Robust knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and Home Health & Hospice billing processes.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹78,000.00 per month
