Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Admission Counselor for our Indore Centre. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete admission process, starting from lead generation and cold calling to student counseling, follow-ups, admission closure, fee collection, documentation, and ERP entry.

The candidate will play a key role in converting prospective students into enrolled students while maintaining a professional relationship with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads received through digital marketing, walk-ins, references, campaigns, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Counsel students regarding suitable IT and professional courses.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, certifications, career opportunities, placement assistance, and fee structure.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
- Schedule and handle centre visits and personal counseling sessions.
- Handle student and parent objections related to course, fees, duration, career opportunities, and placements.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Explain approved fee structures, installment/EMI options, discounts, and offers.
- Coordinate with management for special discount or approval requirements.
- Collect and verify required admission documents.
- Complete admission forms and ensure accurate student data entry in the ERP/CRM.
- Ensure students are correctly mapped to the appropriate course, centre, and batch.
- Coordinate payment collection and ensure proper recording of fees.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls,



follow-ups, counseling sessions, visits, admissions, and collections.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Coordinate with the academic/training team for the smooth handover of newly admitted students.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in admission counseling, education sales, telecalling, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented, with the ability to build relationships with students and parents and convert prospective students into successful admissions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
