To support our growing professional certification programs, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Faculty / Trainer to train and mentor students aspiring to build careers in Human Resources.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Faculty to design, deliver, and manage our Human Resources training modules and professional courses. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching core HR concepts, conducting interactive training sessions, mentoring students through case studies, and preparing them for corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

* Classroom Training & Instruction: Deliver engaging lectures and practical training sessions on core HR functions (such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, Performance Management, and HR Generalist profiles).

* Curriculum & Material Development: Assist in updating and structuring course materials, presentations,



assignments, and practical case studies in line with current industry standards.

* Student Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assignments, mock interviews, and assessments, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

* Mentorship & Career Guidance: Mentor students, build their confidence, and guide them on resume building, interview etiquette, and corporate readiness.

* Placement & Coordination Support: Collaborate with the placement and administration team to align student skills with industry expectations and coordinate placement readiness activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or any related stream.

* Experience: Freshers with exceptional academic/communication backgrounds or candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in HR training, corporate HR, or academic instruction.

* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Malayalam is required.

* Skills: Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong command over contemporary HR practices and tools.

* Attributes: Passion for education, patience, leadership qualities, and a student-centric approach.
