We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented qualified to manage our e-commerce sales channels, streamline daily operations, and drive sales growth across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue Growth: Monitor daily sales and work towards increasing orders and revenue across Myntra, Nykaa, FirstCry, and our Shopify website.
- Marketplace Management: Manage day-to-day activities across all e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and catalogue updates.
- Daily Operations: Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory management, returns, cancellations, and overall operational efficiency.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Track daily sales, analyse performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to improve conversions and order volumes.
- New Product Sourcing: Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to source new products with strong sales potential.
- Trend & Market Research: Stay updated with emerging jewellery trends,



customer demands, and new product opportunities.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and platform representatives to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of issues.

Skills & Requirements

- Prior experience in e-commerce sales, marketplace management, and operations.
- Good understanding of Myntra, Nykaa, FirstCry, and Shopify.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and take ownership of revenue growth.
- Knowledge of product sourcing, market research, and catalogue management.
- A self-driven individual who can manage daily responsibilities independently and deliver results.

Experience: Relevant e-commerce experience preferred.
