Sakvinyl Solutions is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Costing Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and machining.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, material costing, and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cost estimates and quotations for sheet metal and machined components.
- Analyze engineering drawings, BOMs, and customer RFQs.
- Calculate raw material, machining, fabrication, tooling, and manufacturing costs.
- Estimate material consumption, machine cycle times, and production costs.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and engineering teams for accurate costing.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support cost optimization.
- Maintain costing sheets and quotation records.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- 5–10 years of experience in costing or estimation in the manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication and machining costing.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to estimate material requirements, cycle times, and process costs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits
